Once we have an agreed layout you are nearly ready to submit your plans for planning approval. We will finalise a submission package, complete all of the paperwork and submit to the local authority on your behalf.
Measured Surveys.
Either stand alone or as part of our application packages, we will carry out a full measured survey of the existing property, including internal layouts, site boundaries and elevations.
Building Regulations.
Do you have a planning approval and are looking to progress? We can detail your drawings, providing all the required information in order to achieve a building control approval.
Design.
Whether you are planning a new build, an extension, or loft conversion, we will work with you in achieving your desired results. If your not happy or change your mind, let us know and we will make the required changes.
Lawful/Permitted Development.
Did you know that you may not need a full planning application. There are a number of changes you can make to your home without full planning permission. If this is an option we will advise you accordingly.
